June 10, Join AB Tasty for the 2nd Edition of the Conversion Summit

In 2018, we realized there was something missing in the European conversion rate optimization (CRO) space. Namely, an all-out event where CRO and marketing decision-makers could gather to learn from and rub shoulders with the best in their field. And so, the first Conversion Summit event was born. 

 

Our previous – and very first – edition of the Conversion Summit was a total hit. You can check out the highlights in the video above.

We’re proud to say that, at Paris’s chic Cité de la Mode et du Design, we brought together 1,000 CRO professionals from all over Europe – and even a few from across the pond. They mingled all day long as they listened to keynotes from such visionaries as Chris Goward (founder of WiderFunnel), attended hands-on workshops led by our own Customer Success teams, and checked out new vendors at our Partner Village.

And this year, you guessed it – we’re bringing the Conversion Summit back! Here are some key details about the 2020 edition:

WHERE: Palais Brongniart, Paris, France

WHEN: June 10th, 2020, 8:30am – 6:30pm

WHAT: A day full of keynotes, workshops and networking around building the future of the customer experience. Three tracks, called Think, Act, and Share, will run simultaneously throughout the day. Keynotes will be in English, workshops and other presentations will be in French or English depending on the speaker.

This year’s edition of the Conversion Summit will address a new angle – that of the digital customer experience.

In 2020, we believe that the future of customer experiences will be informed by three main drivers – the power of personalization, the reality of software as the building block of business, and the omnipresence of artificial intelligence. During the summit, we’ll examine these three pillars across the lenses of VISIONwhat does the future hold; METRICShow can you measure their impact; and ORGANIZATIONhow can you incorporate these drivers in your own business structure. Our Think track gives you the big picture, Act gets more operational, and Share lets you exchange with your peers.
