AB Tasty Opens Office in Singapore

AB Tasty announces the opening of their new office in Singapore.

The new office in Singapore – AB Tasty’s first in the APAC region – is the latest in a string of big news from the company. Last week, AB Tasty’s CEO Alix de Sagazan accepted a Silver Award at the third annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers in NYC. Back in Paris, AB Tasty was also present at the Elysée on September 24 to accept their French Tech Pass for the fourth year running.

The expansion to Singapore, and by extension the entire APAC region, will allow AB Tasty to continue building relationships with local brands.  “The time was right for us to expand our presence in Asia-Pacific,” explains Alix. “E-commerce in Southeast Asia is booming, and the market is maturing quickly. There’s high demand for website optimization expertise to make the most of hard-won traffic. We had a lot of natural demand from this region.”

The APAC team will soon be hiring sales and Customer Success Manager profiles to support this expansion.

AB Tasty Opens Office in Singapore, Continuing International Expansion

AB Tasty strengthens presence in the Asia-Pacific region to better serve local clients and meet increasing demand from e-commerce industry

New York, September 28, 2018AB Tasty, Europe’s leading, all-in-one CRO platform, today announced the opening of their first office in Singapore. This new location comes shortly after AB Tasty CEO Alix de Sagazan announced her move to New York, in order to oversee AB Tasty’s expansion on the East and West Coast.

“The time was right for us to expand our presence in Asia-Pacific,” explains Alix de Sagazan, CEO of AB Tasty. “E-commerce in Southeast Asia is booming, and the market is maturing quickly. There’s high demand for website optimization expertise to make the most of hard-won traffic. We had a lot of natural demand from this region.”

Headquartered in Paris with offices in Nantes, London, Madrid, Cologne, and New York, AB Tasty has already made several steps to bring their conversion rate optimization expertise to the APAC region. In May 2018 they acquired a Chinese ICP license, allowing for faster content delivery to Chinese clients. AB Tasty was also selected to participate in the 2018 French Tech Tour – ASEAN, organized by Business France, to lay the groundwork for the Singaporean opening.

AB Tasty already counts numerous brands with a strong Asia-Pacific presence among their over 600 enterprise clients, including L’Oréal (APAC), Zehitomo (Japan), and UNICEF (Australia). The 17 million dollars in series B funding awarded to AB Tasty in June 2017, mainly from Partech Ventures and Koreyla Capital, will support the company as they continue to build relationships with local brands.

AB Tasty helps their clients increase engagement and sales on their digital properties via client and server-side testing, personalization, and engagement. They also offer consulting services from their team of specialized customer success managers. The Singapore office will allow AB Tasty to more easily provide this specialized consulting to their growing APAC client base, with consultants based in clients’ own timezone. The AB Tasty Asia-Pacific team will be recruiting sales and customer success management profiles to this end.

The office opening falls during the Franco-Singaporean ‘Year of Innovation’, an intergovernmental effort to strengthen innovative technology initiatives and cooperation in their respective countries.
