AB Tasty has always championed the necessity of knowing your customer. It’s a make-or-break element in conversion rate optimization and a pillar of how we’ve built (and continue to grow) our business. This past June, we hosted our first official client event in New York City at the NoMo SoHo hotel—Conversions & Cocktails—with our CEO, Alix de Sagazan, and our VP of Product, JY Simon as our keynote speakers.
The goal was to talk with our clients face to face, to discuss CRO as a larger discipline and the specifics of how it’s practiced in varying industries and by different companies. We wanted to learn the nuances of our clients’ day-to-day, their experiences using our platform, and their input on our product roadmap.
