Hiring manager interview
Get to know the person you’ll work with the most!
This is the talk about your past experience, the role’s responsibilities and your approach to work with your potential manager.
Saying is one thing, doing is another.
You will be assigned a case study that demonstrates your ability to tackle a hypothetical problem you might face in your role. While case studies differs from role to role, they will take no more than 2 hours of your time to complete.
Culture fit interview
Meet with members of your future team for a casual conversation about work preferences, passions and interests — either virtually or in person! This is also your chance to see if you like us back.
Time to decide!
